HYDROSEEDING

Hydroseeding is a less expensive alternative to grass seeding or grass sodding. It works well in large or sloped areas. Hydroseeding is used to  establish a lawn by spraying the soil with a mixture of grass seed, fertilizer, mulch, and other ingredients in a water base.

You can expect sprouts  in 5-10 days and a beautiful new lawn within weeks.

SEED & STRAW

Seed and straw is a simple, effective way to start or repair a lawn. Grass seed is spread over prepared soil, then covered with a light layer of straw to protect it. The straw helps hold in moisture, keeps the seed from washing away, and gives new grass a better chance to grow evenly. It’s a cost-friendly option for getting a fresh, healthy lawn established.

IRRIGATION

Irrigation is just a simple way of getting water to your lawn and plants so they stay healthy and look their best. Whether it’s sprinklers or drip systems, it helps make sure everything gets the right amount of water without you having to do it all by hand. With a good setup, you save time, cut down on wasted water, and keep your yard looking green and thriving.

DRAINAGE

Drainage issues happen when water doesn’t have a proper place to go, causing it to collect in your yard or around your home. You might notice puddles that stick around, soggy grass, or water pooling near your foundation. Over time, this can lead to muddy spots, damaged plants, and even bigger problems like erosion or structural damage if it’s not taken care of.

SITE PREP/DEVELOPMENT

Site prep, or site development, is all about getting your property ready before any major landscaping or construction begins. This can include clearing brush or trees, removing debris, grading the land, and making sure the ground is stable and properly sloped for drainage. A solid site prep sets the foundation for everything that follows, helping your project run smoothly and preventing problems down the line.

GRADING

Grading is the process of shaping and leveling the ground using dirt or gravel to create a smooth, stable surface. It’s used to make sure water flows away from your home or property instead of pooling in unwanted areas. Proper grading not only improves the look of your landscape but also helps prevent drainage problems, erosion, and foundation issues.

RETAINING WALL

Retaining walls are structures designed to restrain soil to a slope that it would not naturally keep to. They are used to bound soils between two different elevations often in areas of terrain possessing undesirable slopes or in areas where the landscape needs to be shaped severely and engineered more specifically.
